3 Sheep has worked with a client to create a Web App that has reduced a key business process from 3 days to 3 minutes.

The client worked with a number of agencies and had to take bookings on behalf of their users. This was reliant upon a largely paper based system, which was prone to errors and very inefficient. As a result many bookings were missed and a backlog was building up.

3 Sheep came in and analysed the existing system and found many efficiencies and ways of reducing the workload. The team then designed and implemented a Web App, which was accessible via mobile phones. As a result agencies could have direct access to the booking system in the field and make real-time appointments on behalf of their clients.

This has reduced a process, which previously took 3 days to 3 minutes or less.
